Has anyone tryed to get the new SB5100 provisioned? I been trying for a few weeks now and they will not do it. Local office cancled two of my service calls with out calling me so I waited all day for them to come both times ect. They keep telling me the modem isn't hitting the server. I believe it is cause it locks on both the upload and download channle. all nights besides the online are on. Anyone else have a problem with the SB5100?
I was actually waiting to see if an adelphia user has one up and running. They are very inexpensive$60-$70.
Let us know how it goes.
I know of a few that haven't had any problems yet with their 5100 on the adelphia network.
