| The few times that I called, the techs. were very professional and courteous. Was not brushed off or given the "reboot the modem" routine. They took their time and had the problem resolved. One time, it was, we are having a problem, explained what happened and what's being done to correct it. -- The New Haven Railroad still lives! |
