Has anyone tryed to get the new SB5100 provisioned? I been trying for a few weeks now and they will not do it. Local office cancled two of my service calls with out calling me so I waited all day for them to come both times ect. They keep telling me the modem isn't hitting the server. I believe it is cause it locks on both the upload and download channle. all nights besides the online are on. Anyone else have a problem with the SB5100? |

I was actually waiting to see if an adelphia user has one up and running. They are very inexpensive$60-$70.
Let us know how it goes.

| I just sign up with Adelphia a couple of days ago. I called them from Bestbuy after picking up the SB5100. I told the rep that it was the motorola SB5100 and gave them the MAC address as well.
I'll probably know on June 7th when the installation guy come out and install the line for me. |

I know of a few that haven't had any problems yet with their 5100 on the adelphia network.
