| Re: New Modem W/ Adelphia As long as the billing records are updated showing that the lease modem has been returned and the MAC of the new modem is listed, you should have no problem getting provisioning taken care of in a timely fashion. So...if you are currently leasing a modem from Adelphia, return it to the local office and take along the MAC ID of your new owned modem and request them to update your account in the billing system. Thus you will not be charged for 2 modems and the records will show the new one. > |
