well i just bought a modem about 4 days ago and this is what i had to do, i called them up and told them that i just bought a modem and they check the servers out in your area to see if you have to take your modem back and then they will provision it or they can provision it over the phone while you still have the old one. Since my area allows them to provision and me keep the old one , they provisioned it and said it could take 3 to 24 hours to get it up and working, it took 25 hours. while it is getting changed over they let you use the current modem you have. |
