You don't want Verizon DSL because their billing dept. is a joke..I've been fighting with them for over a year to correct charges that appear on my bill suddenly and everytime they state they've corrected it even gave me a confirmation # that it's been corrected etc. When i get my next bill still those charges appear. If i could have switched service i would have along time ago but i can only get Verizon DSL where i am now but luckily i'm moving and the new place has Comcast so well give them a try.

shawn808 join:2003-05-05 Lansdale, PA	Best way to correct such constant issues is to write them a formal letter describing your problem. Then threaten to issue a complaint with the PUC (Public Utility Commission) of your state if no action is taken within 30 days. If Verizon gets too many complaints against them the PUC will start fining them, so they have quickly corrected any problem I had after doing this. [text was edited by author 2003-05-05 18:20:35]
