| I've had Verizon DSL for over a year without any problems after switching from RoadRunner (which had many problems in the 3 months I did have it.)
I'm moving in a month and called about switching the line, I was also told it would take 4 days for the line to clear, then 4 more days to prep the new line. Verizonvictim is correct for the most part. |

I found tech support to be absolutely useless in troubleshooting constant latency spikes of 250-300ms to the first hop; they refused to even look into it unless I provided extensive documentation.
