I want to also reiterate that this is for customers of Cox within the Middle GA system -- my home turf.

Thanks for giving this top billing, Skipdawg.

It's been suggested by one, maybe two, people that we "freeze" the results on our own Big Cox Survey and start it over at zero so that people can go back and put their current "attitude" and feelings in. Would that be beneficial, or should we just let it continue to run on?

Well, service in Central Florida and West Texas has been significantly altered since the beginning of the collection. I have mixed feelings. It may be good to start those two areas over *once the conversion is completed, if that's possible.

2k,
Surveys usually have a short shelf life. One day or one event can make a difference in opinions. We usually do a separate customer satisfaction survey each quarter.

Then I think I'll work on capturing a picture of the data as it is now (this weekend) and emptying it out so that anyone that wants to cast a vote in it can. Too bad we cannot grab all 724 participants and tell them to "vote again" and compare the results.

"... customer satisfaction survey each quarter."

Now that sounds good. Get one setup for May and do a renewal each quarter.

Will leave this up as stickied through Easter Sunday. Then make room for other possible stickies.

Do to some having lower res monitors I'll try when I can to limit stickies to no more than 3 at a time. Will try
