NO Vote Means NO CHOICE

The 1996 Telecom Act was created to spur competition...SBC and Comcast (AT&T) have no other competition, so it is just 'business as usual'. Many times just the announcement of a municipal feasibility study will spur lower prices by incumbents or network upgrades as in the TriCities case. The citizens of the TriCities need to vote YES on April 1st - a NO vote means the incumbents can do as they wish. The TriCity leaders have invested a good deal of time researching this project and speaking to the leaders of cities that have done the same. Whether they build it or not, with a YES vote the citizens win.
