Sounds like a smart guy. Whenever an ISP opens a ticket with Covad for a downed-line, there's an area to specify whether any telco trucks/employees were seen in the area previous to the outage. It is genuinely a needed piece of info, because many of those monkeys like to take out their aggression on pairs tagged for SDSL. Sad, but true. |
