I had someone tell me to just set up an appointment, after setting if up 2 days later I got a wrong name or address e-mail back from Comcast. I then sent an e-mail to customer service asking if it was available at my house, they sent back saying "Yes" call this number and set up an appointment. I called and they said "No" you don't have the service, but it is on the list for project completion of July 03. But that it could be sooner. I am just going to keep on them every week to find out what kind of answer I will get. I live on the southside of 410 on 214th. Hopefully it will be anyday. |
