I got a call 3 days ago about trying out COmcast cable, telling me that I could get it for a try for 19.95 per month. If I did try, I could also get a special for internet. There were going to have some trucks in my area because of all the peopel signing up!
I told the person I have been a user of ATT for over 2 years and if I could still get the special. He told me to hold on while he looked up my phone number (which he just called) and said, yes you are a subscriber to both. I asked for the special pricing and he appologized and said no.
Funny thing. He had access to my account through the phone number he just called. He should have known.
I wish I could have gotten a deal anyway since I was a subscriber in good standing, but NO...... |
