I haven't received any kind of official notification either! I see the adds and all, but nothing pertaining to my account. In fact, when I ordered basic cable last week, I did so on-line at the ATT Broadband site. The truck of course said AT&T, and the printed company name on my Work Order is, AT&T Broadband! No mention of Comcast.
The only indication I have gotten was when I went on line to view Support and Information pages about my Cable TV, instead of Attbi, I was redirected to Comcast, where I had to register.
They obviously don't have it all together as far as this transition goes. But on the other hand, who cares? As long as everything keeps working - the bottom line! |
