Start>Run>Type in Cmd and then enter
In the dos box type in "tracert www.attbi.com" without the quotes or whatever site you want. |

A ATT customer with a Comcast.net email address should still have the same exact route as an ATT customer with an ATT email address unless they have radically changed the way things are supposed to be set up
