r0bErT4u, my performance took quite a hit during transition too. Jan 22, 2002, my transition day from @home to CHSI, is a date I won't easily forget - it changed my life. I'm a full-time telecommuter who relies *cough cough* on Comcast's network, as I have no other choice for broadband. (I was even turned down for a T1 line AFTER signing a binding contract with Megapath). Comcast has me right where they want me: by the ballz short 'n curlies.
So, no need to ask for forgiveness - I can understand your dissatisfaction and frustration. But I disagree that JUST the former ATTBI subscribers need to stick together. We're all in the same boat, we just arrived at different times.
