|  I have seen them on both sides of 410. A friend of mine lives on the Lake Tapps side on some property, they were on her property doing the upgrading. So I know that they are working on that side as well. I wouldn't sweat it. I am sure that they are going to cover the whole hillside. The backbone runs along the train tracks in the valley. |
