Don't worry, DSLR should update the names of all the SBC affiliates pretty soon as they will be, or already are, officially just "SBC". I know Ameritech is going that way... They're running full-page newspaper ads saying the name is changing to "SBC".
Isn't "SBC Southwestern Bell" redundant though ?? I thought "SBC" stood for "Southwest Bell Corp" ?? So, your ISP is "Southwest Bell Corp Southwest Bell".
