Had the same problem continually from the Chicago area, and had about 6 service calls before it got resolved, somewhat, but I still have problems with it intermittently. Was something at one of the head ends I think they called it. Keep calling AT&T until you get a technician that realizes that there is a MAJOR problem. Its not a mac related problem...cuz I do not use a mac...and its not your mail servers if you've done nothing different to the settings, I had the identical problem using ANY mail program, including ATTBI's. Call them...its THEIR problem! |
