Capacity and NOT diversity

Instead of increasing the Broadband data roll out time frame they need to focus on service capcacity. I can't imagine serious data use on a network that can't sustain the traffic of the current voice customer base. Living in a large Metro like Philly you'd think that the capacity would be a null issue but it's sadly NOT. They sell more service without an eye to sustaining service levels and we all end up paying for crap the more users they dump on an over saturated system. THAT needs to get addressed BEFORE anythings else. I don't mind paying for a service if I can actually GET that service.

Capacity has not been an issue with the new 3G networks. The new networks are capable of handling 3 times the voice calls as before. Try out Sprint Vision in your area.
