outsourcing kings

This from a company that just last year outsourced their entire IT operations to EDS.
I, for one, will be sorry to see the BSFA techs quit posting............at least under their previous names!
This is just another example of the terrible state of telecom in this country. VOIP is coming sooner than anyone thinks!!!!!
