Get a CLUE!

These guys in "Management" need to read "The Cluetrain Manifesto" by Doc Searls, et al. They're cutting their own throats by disallowing their Tech Support to directly interact with the very people who are their business....THE CUSTOMER!

I agree. I read that book, and found it insightful. It should be required reading for the management of those companies.
