»www.webattack.com/get/vroute.shtml Visual Route 7 is another good graphical trace route program, it's shareware, $38, but it's very good.
»www.pingplotter.com/ Trial version & a freeware version (Version 1.10) as well.
Ping Plotter is a network troubleshooting and diagnostic tool. It uses a combination of trace route, ping, and whois to collect data quickly - and then allows you to continue to collect data over time to give you the information you really need to identify problems (both short-term and long-term trends).
Those are the ones I've come up with so far. Hopefully others will have some others to look at.
