they need a warrent to enter, i myself have a PC with music files, but i dont share them i only download then close the program. i can ping it on my network but its missing somewhere in the house.......

Yes they do need a warrant, and the fact that you downloaded files without paying the RIAA et al for them now makes you a hardened criminal. Somehow I do not think that was the original intent of the laws, but that is what the interpretation looks like it is being forced to.
