If the system can't handle the high upload fix it! Go back to 128 cap till it can handle it,but dont just start capping certain programs and sites. I'm using another file sharing prog right now up'ing near max so "f" att!

I totally agree and I hope this rout they have chosen in Sacramento stays in Sacramento and is just a temporary solution to cut bandwidth usage until they improve the network.
