From what I'm told, you shouldnt see IP address without the server info. This seems to be a flag for service tech.since your first few hops are this way I would guess this is the problem, Got to get ATT on the ball, also try your tracert to mail.attbi.com,thats ATT standard and keeps the server in ATT systems. |

The person who told you that does not know what he/she is talking about.
Now about that lag.. hmm can't help sorry.. keep on complaining.. maybe they will get just annoyed from you calling to fix it  Its sad when that is what it takes to get a problem fixed...  |
