i dont think they should have a self install with out proper qualificaton of the customer... like the mess with @home like kg4evv said... it would only cause problems for the rest of us.... |

A self-install kit isn't too difficult to setup. Then again, a customer put the NIC card in the floppy drive and wondered why it didn't work. |

Sorry, off topic.
A new user placed the mouse on the floor as a foot pedal for the ON and OFF switch for the PC and used the CD tray as a coffee cup holder, they thought of it as a car. |
