Anon | Ericsson modems suck
I have hundreds of customers with the Ericsson Piperider cable modem, and without exception, they ALL suck! Slow, unreliable, flimsy, junk! I am also a RoadRunner reseller, and I tell people to get a different make and/or model if at all possible (a turned-in modem, a rental or lease trade-in, whatever)... I have a Motorola that they were giving out a couple years ago, with NO problems with it, and it is FAST. Too bad I can't take it with me when I move soon, though...  But, regardless, when I sign back up for RoadRunner in my new home, I will either BUY a cable modem, or insist on a model other than the Ericsson... |
