Tech was here yesterday, saw problems for himself. Checked my end and found nothing wrong. He spoke to a level 2 tech. Level 2 tech was abrupt, said no network problems and hung up on the tech.
Since we are in different areas and on different B/GPON cards, the problems cannot be within our own systems but in the network.
How long will we accept nonsense responses and no resolution from VZ? I for one am calling VZ HQ in NYC and wherever else that's needed. |

Problems continuing.
Saturday morning tech at my CO checked my card and reset.
Tech called this morning to see if problem resolved. He said something about going back to CO and will call tomorrow to check on status.
No one I have spoken to, including level 2 techs and the NOC, acknowledge a problem within the VZ system or any calls about the same problem.
I can't convince anyone at VZ that this problem is not exclusive to me. I've mention DSL Reports and directed them to the proper posts, but I don't think they have looked at it.
I gather that the call center help desk software does not accumulate similar problem calls to look at patterns and find resolution. It seems each call is individual.
I will keep calling and I ask suggest everyone with this problem do the same. Call, call, call. Flood the help desk with calls until someone wakes up.
Maybe something dramatic has happened to their network and VZ doesn't want the public to know?
