That's not exactly true -- I have a D3 modem attached but I am stuck with the 60 MB limit, since I do not have a "Roger's" modem. Fortunately though, I do get the higher down speeds.

The old product code is probably still on the account. The system is supposed to move all D3 express customers onto the new product code automatically. Yours may have been missed because you're using a non Rogers modem.
