Not sure Cam can duplicate last years success but I'd take him over Tebow. Cam got 6 wins while Tebow got 7 wins in the regular season. That's about even. Tebow's first win again a playoff caliber team was in the post season against the Steelers . Cam got his in the regular season.
Which would you pick?

All 32 general managers in the NFL would take Newton over Tebow. I agree with you too. If I was a GM I would take Newton. But my question is this. Would you take a QB with a winning record with not so great stats or QB with a losing record and great stats? |

| If you mean "would I take them for my team's QB", I'd look at the teams around them when they compiled those stats and records, watch game film, and then decide. Winning teams sometimes have crummy QB's (Trent Dilfer for example), and losing teams sometimes have good QB's (Archie Manning for example).
In this case I'd take Newton over Tebow based on looking at those things.
