If it's high at the 192.x.x.x address, then that is a high ping time to your router.
So that is inside your house. You will want to let us know if it's ethernet (if it is you will probably have to replace or have verizon replace that) or if it's moca/coax. which would be the same thing, you would either replace that coax cable or have verizon come out to do it.
If it's a high ping time AFTER the 192.x.x.x address, then it's important to know what the IP is, but if it's within the first 4 hops it's probably one of vz's routers. |
