| Music on Hold I kinda like the music, it's Peter Gabriel and friends, in your eyes...
It's a hell of alot better than the old asterisk standby of "fp calm river" and what not. 
I would be cool to know my position in the queue tho... is this still possible?

| I've been enjoying the hold music as well, but when I ask for the name of the track, the tech support people have no idea.
Anyhow, the chip-tune sounding song is great - SM me if you know the artist/title! |

kudos:23 | I'll see if I can get the list, but there are no ways for us to know what is being played other then getting ourselves put on hold on our system to listen to the actual song & knowing what it is.

The only one that is full of hate from me is that one with the older lady opera sounding song... and the default asterisk music.

Yeah, that's why we went with a beep every 15 seconds. At the time I looked in to it, the price was something like $90.00 for the first line, and $5.00 per additional line.
