Re: [OOL] Internet keeps dying, tech sprt says everything is fin said by jaa:That is what I've been trying to say - they don't charge for service calls. Didn't charge you last time, and won't charge you this time. Ok, if they never charge you why do they always have to say "There is no charge for this visit."? Is it just something they have to do? |

| If you are a little old lady that is lonely, perhaps after a few visits they charge. How many visits have you had -have you ever been charged? Know anyone who has? Seen anyone post they were charged? -- NOTHING justifies terrorism. We don't negotiate with terrorists. Those that support terrorists are terrorists. |

Ok, if they never charge you why do they always have to say "There is no charge for this visit."? Is it just something they have to do? They're supposed to tell you if there is or is not a charge when they give you the work order (and they mark it accordingly and make you sign). People get charged in some cases, but it generally would fall under the "you insisted on a tech against CV's advice, and the problem was found to be with customer equipment" more than "no trouble found", as the charge is supposed to be for repairing or diagnosing customer equipment, and not just the visit itself.
That's obviously not a promise for future scenarios, but just an observation I've made. |
