Rachel, I do that too, but all you get there is the download status in %.

But how do you know if you have token banks stored? I doubt if the app accounts for that?

For tokens, go here »customercare.myhughesnet.com/ and under self help click on restore tokens and follow the instructions to get you to that page and you can see how many tokens you have in there.
