Do they even sell DSL that slow? The ATT support is a big, looping worthless clusterfiretruck....

 | I'm also in the 78247 zip code area and my speeds have been spot on all day every day. Im on Elite and have been getting 5.2/640 which is what is expected with elite.
What tier do you subscribe to and whats the modem model and the stats on the modem? |

Initially the speed returned to normal, then was slow, bit tonight back to normal. I wonder if it is a localized problem. We'll see tomorrow. |

 | reply to M9878 I'm off Thousand Oaks and Wetmore and im using a Netgear DGN1000 instead which is like the 2WIRE but doesn't have the instability issues the 2WIRE has with the wireless and line resyncs.
I did notice yesterday when i was doing some network maintenance my speeds were going up and down sporadically but after a few minutes everything went back to normal.
Now the SpeedStream does at times just randomly goes bad. can you post the stats for the modem to show signal strength and profile speed?
And does the 2Wire show the same issues? |
