Didn't Verizon today announce that they are doing away with unlimited plans and are in fact charging more per gig than AT&T?

Yeah, that doesn't make it any more acceptable/necessary to do it though.

I'm just pointing out biased and unbalanced reporting. Verizon constantly gets praised, AT&T constantly gets bashed. I've been a customer of both and while AT&T isn't as good as Verizon, with the new data caps Verizon has implemented their pricing is actually better now.

SHHHHH! you can't point that out here. Plus you can't harm a company that has rolled out a Fiber network that some of those that work for BBR use and act like its the next best thing since slice bread

But there is a LOT of biased and unbalanced reporting going on lately. More and more too. It shows which companies haven't paid their $$$$ to BBR.

Biased and unbalanced? It's been mentioned in numerous news articles here that Verizon was considering it and when they made it official, there was a news article about it. Unless the pricing changes are retroactive by months, of course it's going to be unbalanced and biased towards Verizon previously, since Verizon hasn't been screwing the customers to the same degree as AT&T.

Huh, AT&T has grandfathered unlimited plans, just like Verizon did.

You said that reporting was biased and unbalanced. I'm saying that it was that way previously because Verizon still had unlimited data while AT&T had the capped tiers. Of course Verizon was painted in a better light since it had the more generous, bottomless data buckets. Going forward, I would expect AT&T and Verizon to both be painted in similar light with respect to their data plan pricing and bucket sizes.
