Re: Any plans to increase caps?

It's in this very forum. If you don't find it, ask me again and I'll and search myself.

Please note, I'm not being sarcastic. I'm only just as lazy as you are. Nothing more.

Nope, the onus is on you to provide a citation to validate the claim you made twice, which seems exaggerated. No proof, it's not true. Provide a link of Cogeco calling their customers thieves, you're all good...

Then what? Make another press release saying they were wrong in calling their beloved customers thieves?
You referenced that twice; can you provide a link to the press release, I'm interested to see it.

LOL, now that is funny. Did anyone else laugh as hard as I did.

The media release is in this forum, and this guy has the balls to say he won't search and I have to search for him to prove this and that and so forth.

Matter of fact, there were two media releases, and he even replied to those topics which are in this very forum. Yet he claims "it's exaggerated and there's no proof". LOL

Here is another little fact from one of their media releases:

Cogeco basically stated that anyone who has to pay for overages is basically a thief as well.

(note: It's me the Tron-person, had to use a proxy since DSLr is having issues)

I didn't laugh. I want YOU to look for the link that proves that Cogeco has called their higher usage customers thieves. If you do not want to search, it makes you a troll. I can go over my stinking limit without d/l adult materials or copyright-infringed data -- youtube and myspace karaoke are two examples of bandwidth intensive apps.

Please show the link or we will ask the moderator to remove the posts in question.

And this is posted from my Primus DSL link... I will be getting rid of Cogeco within a week.

Actually, it doesn't.

The Earth is flat and it's sky is orange. It's true because I said it.

The point is that I have read this forum for a few years, and I do not remember Cogeco calling it's customers "thieves". I am asking for proof. The poster refuses to offer any, saying that s/he is too lazy to look for him/herself, and we should do the work ourselves. Legally, that is slander - even journalists must be able to give proof of their reports. If they did say it, I will certainly apologize, but until I have proof, all we have here is a troll.

Cogeco basically stated that anyone who has to pay for overages is basically a thief as well.
So they "basically said it" or they really "called their customers thieves"?

I've noted attitudes by various Cogeco who have personally suggested in their own opinion, on their own time, that people exceeding limits are violating the AUP, worsening the experience for others, or are simply up to no good. But those were attitudes and suggestions posted by people on a forum in their own times... that's wildly different from Cogeco issuing an official press release stating their customers are all thieves; one would probably call that difference an 'exaggeration.'

I'd like to add the reason I asked for your link wasn't to incite trolling or arguing, I genuinely wanted to see this official statement for my own interests which could even be inline with your own agenda for posting. I politely asked for a link, you don't have one, then it must not be true. Thank you, end of story.
