If enough people complained, I think it's more likely that something gets done than if no one said anything. How much more likely is up for debate.
But honestly, Cablevision should be happy to get user feedback/suggestions.
It's because not enough people complain that they think they have a 'far-out' GUI that "customers miss when they go to other services". |
