Re: Best way to complain about a Hospital?

Why am I an idiot? Very often people will turn a deaf ear to your complaints until you bring them to court. Only when they lose money will they listen and stop screwing people. Catching flies is one thing, dealing with greedy doctors and nasty nurses and attendants is another.
Suing doctors who dedicate their lives to helping as many people as possible is NOT the solution, and is a significant problem in our health system. A misdiagnoses is rarely made due to malpractice, because as much as we like to treat our doctors as if they are robots, they are, in fact, human. Sure there are some bad doctors out there, but the VAST majority seriously care, and are not greedy either. The doctors aren't the ones running away with money, neither are the hospitals or nurses. It's actually a nice combination of insurance companies and the poor / drug addicts that go the the ER everyday to leech off of our health system.

But go ahead, sue the doctor that spent 15 years training to help you while most people were living the life in their twenties. It's not like you'll come crawling back to them when you're ill in the future or anything.

I would have to agree. It seems if *any* misdiagnosis or mistake is made by a doctor; a lawsuit is always soon to follow.

I would agree to. I wouldnt sue a doctor, unless he hurt me or did negligence. I was just pointing out that he made a diagnosis and it wasn't right. I would never sue him for that, because i would rather him say i have cancer when I dont, then say I dont have cancer when I do. But no, I would never sue unless physical damage was done to me.

No, the ones ruining our nation are the pharmaceutical cartels, not doctors, nurses, hospitals or even insurance companies. The blame is primarily laid at the feet of the pharmaceutical cartels and their houseboy the totally corrupt, scientifically backward and actually evil FDA.
