IMO it was obvious that the quotation marks had opposite meaning. Never mind, personally I would never compare cyberwar with a tsunami. Nevertheless, issue cyberwar is serious and actual.

Ah, I see. So the headline in the ZDNet article you quoted, and the actual statement from Hamadoun Touré have an entirely different meaning than your identical thread title, and you were just cleverly avoiding answering the question with your previous replies. Thank you for clearing that up. It is always nice to know what a renown security expert thinks is serious and actual, as opposed to just BS.
