none of what i mentioned is behind the scenes, its public knowledge. Your title is an open ended question, I answered said question and chimed in my 2 cents. It's only a healthy debate I am participating in. If a rep screwed up, that sucks. Certainly not your fault, suggesting to hire more people is kind of where i get snagged.
Well it is a known fact they need more people. Even Rocky admits it and that it's difficult to find good staff.
