| It appears that I may have been shut down. I am unable to connect to my home computer. If this is the case, that sucks, but hey what can I expect, I have known it was coming for a long time now. |

I thought that since the CA PUC hasn't decided on the fate of SprintION yet, that it still had to be kept up.
You wouldn't believe the grief I am going thru trying to get SprintBIZ DSL installed in Placentia! Sprint is saying they are "unable to establish the wiring that will sufficiently support Sprint Business DSL and provide the quality of service that you would expect from Sprint", but I am only (depending on who you talk to) 7,500-9,500ft from the CO. And Pacbell, COVAD, etc. all say they have NO PROBLEM setting me up with their highest speed offerings. SpeakEasy says they can give me up to 1.1Mbps SDSL too.
My work is only 700 feet from the CO, but PacBall DSL at 1.5Mbps/128Kbps is fine for us here.

I am surprised that you are having difficulties with SprintBiz because when I called them they informed me no problem. I may be 9,000 feet to the CO and it did not seem to matter to Sprint. God luck. Are you still up on ION service? |

I never got it. I had a 11/05/2001 install date and SprintION got the AXE on 10/15/2001. What a shame -- cuz SprintBIZ DSL is more than the SprintION xt+4 offering was! |

I still have voice and data. My speeds went down last night from 1.6/600 to 0.9/500. I called tech sup today and they fixed it. They should not shut down until they get PUC approval. |

Sorry all, I just found out that I had the electric co doing some work at 8:00 this morning and that may be why my computer got shut off. Looks like I may still have service. |
