Re: [Speed] Chicago ISSUES - *ONGOING* The technician that came out to my apartment (near Belmont & Sheridan) said that it was a known issue in this area and that the people "above him" instructed the field technicians to give the customers an estimate of three weeks for resolving this issue. Very nice guy and readily acknowledged that it wasn't a problem with something on my end. It's been a week since that visit, so we still have some time left. |

| Thanks for that update, it's very intersting. I have to say, that tonight speed is very good and generally would have started to slow by now Hopefully, the issue is already resolved. |

Speed still slow as it can get. Do you have any improvement? |

| Just tried it now. I have been away from home on and off for the past few weeks so I haven't really had a good opportunity to test it. Even now, at 11:00 PM, it is not going past 3.5Mbps. |
