Assuming your modem is working...you ran the CD that came with your router, and you have it wired correctly...
*unplug the modem and the router.
*plug in the modem. Wait for all the lights to come back on
*plug the router in
*restart your computer
*see if you can get online

Poway, CA | Since the Arris modem has a built-in battery, unplugging it from the wall will not reset it. You need to use the reset button on the modem. |
