DD-WRT won't work (yet) on the 160NL since it is Atheros based will it?
What makes you think its Atheros based??

Because 'Atheros' is stamped all over the IC's

DD-WRT does support some Atheros chipsets (i.e. Accton's La Fonera line-up), though I can't think of a Linksys device that has used Atheros before. The OpenWRT people seem to be salivating over the design, electronic design that is (physically it has all the appeal of a soap dish) so if can be done they will likely be the first to port a working firmware.

Actually nothing is wrong with the SSL certificate, you just need to use the correct hostname in the URLs:
