Re: [ Professions] Mounts: Easiest Drake to Get? 4 times in a row- 1 day timer- 4 days. Still likely faster than wyrmrest unless you're a hardcore heroic-grinder. Either way, if the mount isn't a 310% one (like the gladiator mounts), or an achievement it's basically a gold sink to keep inflation under control. Anyone sporting the Traveller's tundra mammoth or mechano-hog is keeping gold out of the economy for purely cosmetic reasons. If that's what floats your boat go for it. |

I ground out the dailies for a month to get the gold. If I hadn't been working towards the mount, I never would have earned the gold. I think there might be a few gold barons out there that would buy one just because they have too much gold and nothing to spend it on, but the vast majority of people worked towards the goal. Therefore, those mounts are not pulling significant quantities of gold out of the market, they just serve as acheivements.

If you have gold to burn why waste your time doing the same heroic ad infinitum when you can just buy a red one and be done with it?
Besides getting to exalted with wyrmrest means you don't have to waste 40 heroic tokens on crappy bracers with less crit than the rep reward if you're a rogue. I don't understand how they qualify as a lvl 213 item, they don't even have hit rating. |

But thank you all for the input. Aside from saving my friend a DPS slot in CoS every day, there's not much I can do to pay him back, except give him the money if he gets to Exalted. Even then I'm not paying for the whole thing, 1600g is more than a Titansteel Destroyer is worth. |
