I just upgraded from the ATT Basic DSL to the next higher tier. The woman on the phone told me to turn my modem off before I go to bed and turn it back on in the morning, and that something happens between 1 and 3 AM. Why did she tell me to do this? Is there any way that I can see my new speed sooner than tomorrow morning? |

Indy | Its not necessary to "turn my modem off before I go to bed and turn it back on in the morning" the change in sync speeds will happen with the modem on or off.
The user has no control of sync speeds when the change happens it will just happen |
