Anon	Capunet is Incompetent I have had constant problems with my DSL service (somebody kept going into the LOCKED phone closet on a monthly basis and plucking out my DSL wires possibly BA????). I do not blame capunet for this. However I do blame Capunet for the way in which they have handled everything. I would drop dead if anybody working there EVER returned any of my calls. It would also surprise my if I EVER got through to tech support. This is what has contributed to the month long outages I have experienced. Their service ran fine when there were no problems, but it was a pain in the ass to fix the problems that arose. Stay away if you think that you will ever have a problem with your service!

jweisen join:2000-06-01 Fairfax, VA	I have to agree, while it's not their fault, they're not doing much to correct it. We pay a lot of money for them to be the middle men, and in the last month I've had a 0% uptime. They don't seem to be going to bat for me, and sure as hell aren't calling to update me.
