The modem is expecting a particular entry in the config file to setup Baseline Privacy, that it missed or isn't in the config file.

17.9 is a maximum clock drift value according to this chart:

I'd think the modem would fall back to a default value if one isn't specified in the config file.
So basically, nothing to worry about. Right?
