| [Thunderbird] Keeps asking for password
I have been using thunderbird to connect to gmail it's set up for my mom.. Ok so I put in the password and click on save to remember.. all will go well until a few weeks or days later a message will pop up telling me to enter in the password again anyone know how to stop this? |

| I would open up the password manager in Tb and delete the username/password for both incoming/outgoing to reset it.
Send a dummy email to trigger the PM and reenter the info.

| For pop3 I was asked twice also. It is standard.
Once when sending and again when receiving email.

| Tb is retaining your username/password and if it is Gmail then Google IMO is to blame.
On occasion I have that issue with my ISP. Rare but it does happen. I do not change anything and let the ISP clear up the issue. -- "We must look for consistency. Where there is a want of it we must suspect deception". |
